wp-block-paragraph\">The\u00a0<strong>coating thickness<\/strong>\u00a0must not be\u00a0<strong>too thin (no adequate component protection)<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>nor too thick (coating defects, cracks, non-matching CTE, wrinkles and bubbles).<\/strong><br>The traditional system, based on board sectioning, is destructive, expensive and time-consuming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The<strong>&nbsp;brand new and already award-winning Neptune C+<\/strong>, thanks to the&nbsp;<strong>innovative dispensing process inspection solution<\/strong>, allows accurate measurement of coating thickness present on board of numerous materials: acrylic, silicones, polyurethane, water-based, UV and hybrid coatings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Neptune C+ is the first inline 3D inspection system for conformal coating (or transparent materials).&nbsp;<\/strong><br>Thanks to intuitive programming and machine learning algorithms, it guarantees advanced inspection capability that, through 2D, 3D and cross-sectional views, can accurately identify defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-desc-2-font-size
