There are different methodologies to make this type of frame. Our choice, after years of experimentation, has turned to LASER technology. The laser performs a controlled micro-welding between areas of different thickness on both sides of the zone. This technology allows us to offer a final product that complies with the highest production standards and guarantees minimal tolerances on the various thicknesses. STEP-UP STEP-UP frames, on the other hand, are required when an increase in solder paste volume of some components is needed compared to the remaining components.
