The PDR rework system, thanks to the patented Focused IR technology, has been specifically designed to meet the new challenges of reworking various types of components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not using GAS or HOT AIR<\/strong> allows reworking components of various types and sizes to be reworked whilst positioned very close together.
It does not require dedicated nozzles or tools for each component and the size of the area to be reworked can be adjusted.
It ensures excellent process control thanks to the use of dynamic profiles (the software adjusts the IR source power based on what the component and PCB temperature sensors detect).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The passive nature of infrared heat significantly reduces the risk of damage to PCB components<\/strong> compared to other systems that operate with hot gases, allowing you to pass your hand through without getting burned.
The very flexible and user friendly software allows even inexperienced operators to quickly achieve good results, a distinctive feature of PDR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
