Tecnolab, under DEK license, offers a new revolutionary tensioning system compared to previous ones: VECTOR GUARD. The advantages of this system are:
– THE TENSIONING SYSTEM: The tensioning in Vector Guard is provided by a spring system that guarantees its durability and consistency over time. The air used serves only to load the springs inside the system.
– EASE OF USE: Tensioning a Vector Guard stencil takes only a few seconds. Simply place the stencil on a surface, position the tensioner on top and the stencil is tensioned.
– SAFETY IN USE: The Vector Guard stencil, having a rigid aluminum profile, can be handled with simplicity without any risk for the operator and for the stencil itself.
– STORAGE EFFICIENCY: The reduced footprint of the stencil allows simple storage with the advantage of a reduction, compared to the tensioned frame, of warehouse space.
