PRIVACY NOTICE PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF THE GDPR

We would like to inform you that your personal data will be processed by TECNOLAB SRL (the “Data Controller”) (Tax Code: 06721120019 – VAT No.: 03177500968), represented by its Managing Director, Matteo Cerliani, with registered office at Via Legnano, 13, 20821 Meda (MB), Italy, owner of the website http://www.tecnolab-srl.it, in full compliance with the principles governing the protection of personal data established by:

PERSONAL DATA VOLUNTARILY PROVIDED
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this website, or the submission of the contact form available in the “Contacts” section, results in the subsequent acquisition of your personal data.
Pre-contractual phase
The following personal data may be collected:

- Email address
Contractual phase
Following the execution of a contract with the Company, either for the purchase of products or for the provision of services/external collaboration, additional data may be processed, including:
Bank account details
- Company name
- Tax Code / VAT Number
- Registered office address / Residential address
- Bank account details
METHODS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA – RECIPIENTS
Your personal data are processed in accordance with Article 4(2) of the GDPR through operations including collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure and destruction.
Pre-contractual phase
The personal data you provide through the website contact form are stored in a database and automatically forwarded by email to authorised personnel specifically appointed to process such data.
Browsing data are not accessible to the Data Controller.
All information collected is used exclusively for the Company’s business purposes.
Contractual phase
Your billing data will be entered into the Company’s accounting management system (“MAP”) and stored on the Company’s servers.
Recipients
For the purposes described above, your data may be accessed by:
- Employees and internal collaborators duly authorised by the Data Controller;
- Third-party service providers assisting the Company in fulfilling legal or contractual obligations, including:
- Web hosting providers;
- Email hosting providers;
- System administrators;
- Accounting software support providers;
- Accountants;
- Legal advisors;
- Banks.
The personal data provided:
- will not be subject to profiling;
- will not be transferred outside the European Union.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
Pursuant to Articles 6 and 7 of the GDPR, your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- responding to requests for information and managing communications, including sending by email the information you have requested during pre-contractual negotiations;
- complying with accounting and tax obligations arising from contractual relationships;
- communicating personal data to Public Security Authorities or Judicial Authorities where required by law;
- sending newsletters and updates regarding Tecnolab SRL’s products, activities and technological developments, subject to your explicit consent.
The legal basis for processing is therefore compliance with obligations established under European Union law and, where applicable, your consent.
MANDATORY NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
All personal data referred to under the section “Personal Data Voluntarily Provided” are necessary for managing pre-contractual negotiations and/or performing the contract.
Failure to provide such data will make it impossible to respond to your requests or conclude the contractual relationship.
NEWSLETTER – CONSENT
Only where you have expressly provided your consent—either by completing the online form on the website or by filling in a paper form during an event—Tecnolab SRL will send you a monthly newsletter concerning the Company’s products, activities and those of the companies for which it acts as distributor in Italy.
The newsletter is intended solely to provide updates regarding the Company’s activities and technological developments and is not intended as direct marketing or sales communication.
You may unsubscribe at any time, free of charge, by clicking the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of every newsletter email.
Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The Data Controller will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above.
If you do not become a customer, your personal data will be deleted within 24 months.
Billing data relating to customers and suppliers will be retained for no longer than 10 years from the date of the last contract entered into with the Company, in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
As a data subject, pursuant to Articles 15–22 and Article 77 of the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data and obtain confirmation as to whether or not your personal data are being processed;
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- Erasure (“right to be forgotten”), anonymisation or blocking of data where applicable;
- Restriction of processing, where:
- you contest the accuracy of the personal data;
- the processing is unlawful;
- the data are required for legal proceedings;
- you have objected to the processing;
- Data portability, receiving your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transmitting them to another controller;
- Object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation;
- Not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling;
- Lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority if you believe your personal data have been processed unlawfully.
