X-TremeSeries Auto Dry, with its brand-new C-line range, offers an optimal solution for storage under temperature- and humidity-controlled conditions, thanks to its new insulated structure with integrated thermal insulation.
As is well known, particularly high temperatures and uncontrolled humidity affect the technical properties of solder paste, causing problems such as oxidation, poor wettability and contamination, resulting in poor solder joint quality.
The X-TremeSeries cabinets for solder paste storage allow both variables to be managed, creating optimal conditions.
Thanks to the COOLING option, the temperature can be set to a minimum of 2°C.
Thanks to state-of-the-art, highly sensitive sensors, the operator can monitor humidity and temperature levels, which are distributed evenly throughout the cabinet, thereby preventing any potential losses.
Thanks to the BAKING option, on the other hand, the cabinet becomes the ideal solution for storing components and PCBs (with a heater adjustable between 40° and 125°C), enabling an excellent and rapid drying process for the components, their storage within the cabinet, or the restoration of the correct MSL class required. and for maintaining the cabinet within the required MSL classes.
These options can be used in combination to ensure a specific temperature is maintained at all times (e.g. resins, adhesives, paints)
MSD Track traceability software
The MSD Track software automatically manages the time the reel must remain inside the cabinet based on the temperature and the required MSL class, saving the operator a considerable amount of time. The software also allows you to track the paste’s shelf life, expiry date, remaining quantity and location within the cabinet, enabling solder pastes to be used according to the FIFO (first-in, first-out) method.
C Line cabinets are available in 3 sizes

- CT Line Cabinet – Standard 1,250 litres
- CL Line Cabinet – Large 1,840 litres
