The evolution of the electronics industry has led us to an increasingly massive use of SMD components. This entails the need to produce boards where surface components are present on both sides.
The TECNO-GRID system allows you to have board support pins automatically customized for each type of product.
When activated, the module immediately adapts to the PCB profile and components mounted on its surface.
The low push force of the pins allows not to compromise in any way the components present on the PCB. Each pin in the module is automatically locked after the adaptation phase and maintains position until the end of the processing cycle.
The TECNO-GRID is integrable with screen printing machines (DEK-EKRA-MPM,etc.), P&P, test machines, AOI and SPI and dispensers.
