X-TremeSeries Auto Dry specializes in the production of dehumidified cabinets used to preserve materials from moisture.
Moisture is an invisible parasite in the world of electronic production and especially during the reflow process it can create defects reducing production yield.

Thanks to the DEHUMIDIFIER option it is therefore possible to store printed boards, sensitive components and partially assembled PCBs in a moisture-free environment or with controlled humidity. (humidity percentage less than or equal to 1%).

By adding the BAKING option (with heater at 45°, 60° and 100°C) the Extreme dry cabinets allow an excellent and fast component drying process, allowing maintenance within the required MSL classes.

With the right humidity percentage (less than or equal to 1%) the baking times necessary to respect that class are drastically reduced.
