REFLOW PROCESS CONTROL
System that allows constant and real-time monitoring, via sensors installed directly in the oven, of the soldering process of each individual PCB.
Compares the profiles of each individual board with the set reference profile, highlighting any deviation.
RPI is designed to improve production quality by ensuring that each PCB is processed according to its technical specifications. It reduces costs through improved employment time, reduction of waste and rework and minimization of preparatory operations.
Equipped with software:
KIC AUTO-FOCUS and KIC AUTOFOCUS POWER
Simulation software that, by entering board, paste and oven parameters, identifies the optimal profile avoiding repeated failed attempts.
With the “POWER” option, profile identification also takes into account the energy saving parameter.
KIC NAVIGATOR and KIC NAVIGATOR POWER
Software that allows profile optimization according to the following criteria:
- Lower energy consumption (only with power option)
- PWI (Process Window Index) – Comparison between set profile and real process
- Conveyor Speed
