AOI 3D Zenith ALPHA
Zenith ALPHA is the new generation of Zenith True 3D AOI systems that offers innovative solutions for inspection speed, 3D measurements and tall components (up to +25mm).

INSPECTION SPEED superior compared to the base model Zenith Lite:
- up to 1.5 times in the standard Alpha HS Plus model – 8Mp camera 15 micron
- OPTIMAL 3D MEASUREMENT thanks to the presence of 5 projectors (4 x real 3D Moiré and 1 x DLP) which, thanks to algorithms and artificial intelligence, are able to simulate the presence of 4 additional virtual 3D projectors.
- TALL COMPONENT MEASUREMENT: Zenith ALPHA HS allows the measurement of taller components compared to previous AOIs of the Zenith Classic family.
- In fact, +4mm is measured with the ALPHA and Zenith model and +25mm with the ALPHA+ and Zenith 2 model thanks to the additional DLP projector.
The Zenith 2 model also allows to accommodate 3D side cameras for lateral vision for critical applications.
