SPI 8030-2
The new version of the Koh Young KY8030-2 SPI inspection system offers an inspection cycle 3 times faster without compromising performance and precision. Koh Young uses the patented dual projection anti-shadow device to completely eliminate shadow zones which are the main problem of 3D SPI system manufacturers. Furthermore, the KY8030-2 system allows to eliminate PCB warping issues through the use of a patented fast and effective compensation solution.
