Panasonic’s modular AM100 placement machine features a SINGLE MULTIFUNCTION HEAD with 14 nozzles capable of mounting a wide range of components, from 0402 mm to 120x90x28 mm, large connectors, odd-shape components, thus ensuring high productivity.
This, combined with the possibility of alternating fixed banks to carriages (up to 160 8mm feeders), or automatic tray handlers, makes it an extremely flexible solution for countless needs.
The conveyor can handle up to 3 PCBs simultaneously, with a maximum size of 510x460mm, or a single PCB up to 1500x460mm.
