The NPM (Next Production Modular) series has made flexibility its distinctive feature by creating compact, upgradeable and flexible placement machines.
NPM W2 is a high-productivity assembly platform, up to 77,000 cph, designed for placing a wide range of components: from 03015 to 120x90mm or 150x25mm, h 30mm.
Available in W2 (dual beam) version with 16NH, 8NH 3NH mounting heads.
Numerous possible combinations to configure the platform up to a maximum of 120 double feeders, 8mm:
- Front: a single 30-feeder carriage,
- Rear: a single 30-feeder carriage, or one with 13 with an automatic 20-position tray handler.
Automatic and independent changeover, which allows it to be performed while the machine is running without having to stop production. (feeder anywhere).
The Multi Recognition Camera, available in 3 different types, responds to different component scanning needs:
- Type 3_3D Sensor Camera for 3D detection.
- Type 1_ Line Camera for 2D scanning
- Type 2_ Vertical Line Camera for component thickness detection (Upside-down Technology)
