Workbenches
Thanks to the experience gained, Tecnolab proposes a new line of workbenches with innovative design.
The robust structure is entirely made of folded sheet metal. Each single element has been studied to guarantee the table the mechanical seal essential to support adequate loads.
The work surface can be provided in 30mm chipboard coated with high-strength anti-reflective melamine laminate on both sides, or in the ESD version with static dissipative laminate, resistivity 10M Ohm. In both cases the edge of the surface is coated with a flat black PVC profile.
ELECTRIFICATION AND LIGHTING:
The electrification of Tecnolab tables can be provided through the preparation on the front fascia (max. 3 positions) or through an electrified bar placed in the front area of the surface.
All electrified tables are equipped with a complete electrical panel with 10A circuit breaker placed in the rear panel.
In the ESD version the table is equipped with two sockets for connecting the antistatic bracelet in the front fascia. For lighting you can choose between classic PVC ceiling lights or professional ones in extruded aluminum.
MODULARITY:
In a dynamic production environment, what works today will certainly need modifications tomorrow.
For this reason our tables can be modified over time thanks to the various options ranging from the standard shelf to the inclined shelf, from front electrification to the electrified bar, etc. Another important feature is the simplicity of assembly.
This guarantees us the possibility of shipping the table both assembled and disassembled, making transport simpler and less expensive.
CUSTOMIZATION:
The choice to use exclusively folded sheet metal parts allows us to offer a completely customizable product in dimensions and characteristics. The side panel of the leg can also be customized with your own logo.
Painting is performed with glossy two-tone powder (RAL 5212 and RAL 7035) in the standard version. Available on request also in other colors.
