STEP-DOWN STEP-DOWN frames are required when we want to screen print a component that requires a smaller volume of solder cream compared to the volume required for the remaining components. There are different methodologies to make this type of frame. Our choice, after years of experimentation, has turned to LASER technology. The laser performs a controlled micro-welding between areas of different thickness on both sides of the zone. This technology allows us to offer a final product that complies with the highest production standards and guarantees minimal tolerances on the various thicknesses. STEP-UP STEP-UP frames, on the other hand, are required when an increase in solder paste volume of some components is needed compared to the remaining components. This realization is also carried out through a micro-welding process between areas of different thickness.
