T-COATING
Tecnolab, always at the forefront of new technologies, has studied a new treatment that allows to improve the performance of the screen printing frame. T-COATING is a special PERMANENT treatment that is applied to the stencil on the side in contact with the PCB. This special coating increases the surface tension of the material ensuring that the flux and microspheres present in the apertures do not “dirty” the stencil in contact with the PCB. All this allows to drastically reduce the frequency of cleaning cycles inside the screen printing machine and to improve the screen printing process avoiding “smearing” and flux contamination problems.
