Panasonic NPM-VF is designed to address the increase in labor costs and the complexity of manual assembly of Odd-form, axial and radial components, while ensuring high productivity and reducing human error.
Numerous possible feeder configurations to be highly customizable: bank, carriage, multiple and single tray handler and bowl.
Four mounting heads for various component types:
- Nozzle
- Body Chuck – for large odd-form components without a pickup surface (e.g. transformers)
- Lead Chuck – for radial PTH components (e.g. electrolytic capacitors)
- Swing Nozzle – for PTH components oriented opposite to the insertion orientation
