CATALYSIS:

  • Cleaning process that allows to collect volatile residues resulting from the reflow process in a dedicated area (ABS), thus guaranteeing better cleaning conditions inside the oven and reducing, at the same time, possible heat dispersion. This residue condensation process occurs through the granulate, present in ABS zones, at lower temperatures, which, thanks to its metal coating, separates the hydrocarbon chain and organic material is thus divided into water and carbon dioxide.

NITROGEN CONTROL

  • LAMBDA SENSOR: Allows real-time measurements of oxygen residue inside process zones. (0 – 210,000 PPM)
  • INTELLIGENT NITROGEN CONTROL: Based on values provided by the lambda sensor, it introduces the right amount of nitrogen needed to maintain the process environment with the right wettability level. Nitrogen consumption reduction of 20-30%

  • CONSTANT PROCESS, adjustable via frequency converter
